Yacht ownership and management programme
If you prefer to own your yacht outright, Marinetti can assist you with the selection and purchase process, and if you wish, the yacht can be operated and maintained within the Marinetti programme. We will manage the yacht for you in such a way that you get the best possible return and value.
Yacht management with Marinetti is easy, exciting and rewarding. Placing your yacht within the programme entitles you to a pre-agreed period of usage each year, or use of a sister ship based at one of our Mediterranean or Caribbean destinations. We will place your yacht into our managed fleet and guarantee you a monthly income that will significantly reduce your finance costs, mooring fees, insurance, maintenance, repairs and labour.
Yacht syndication
As an alternative to outright ownership, Marinetti offers a yacht syndication programme. We have created a new concept in the super-yacht industry by offering a unique way to participate in the ownership of a high quality motor yacht at a fraction of its full purchase price.
Shared (or syndicated) ownership is where like-minded individuals, family, friends or business partners come together to acquire a large capital asset such as a yacht, aircraft or vacation home.
The concept of shared ownership makes a compelling case compared to outright ownership or charter. It’s fast becoming recognised as the financially astute way forward for those wishing to have periodic use of a high quality, high value asset.
When proper systems are in place and expectations are set from the beginning, shared ownership arrangements can work very efficiently for their owners.
Marinetti's Yachtshare programme start at approximately £975,000 (Euro 1.2m) for a 1/4 share in a luxury 84' Moonen semi-displacement aluminium motor yacht. This entitles you to a pre-agreed period of usage each year, or use of a sister ship based at one of our Mediterranean or Caribbean destinations. We will place your yacht into our managed fleet and guarantee you a monthly income that will significantly reduce your finance costs, mooring fees, insurance, maintenance, repairs and labour.
